When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process it — your name, delivery address, email address, and payment details. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider; we don't store your card details ourselves.

We use your email address to send order confirmations and updates about your delivery. We won't add you to our mailing list unless you sign up for it separately and give us your consent to do so.

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, with Royal Mail for delivery, or our payment provider for processing payment).

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you'd like to do any of these things, or have any questions about how your data is handled, please get in touch.
